Common use of Examination of Records and Facilities Clause in Contracts

Examination of Records and Facilities. At any time during normal business hours, upon advance written notice and as often as may be deemed necessary, GRANTEE agrees that City, and/or any of its respective authorized representatives shall have access to and the right to examine any of its plants, offices and/or facilities engaged in performance of this Agreement and all its records with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement.
