Common use of Examination of Custodial Files Clause in Contracts

Examination of Custodial Files. Upon reasonable prior notice of at least 48 hours to the Custodian, the Owner and its agents, accountants, attorneys, auditors and prospective purchasers will be permitted during normal business hours to inspect the Custodian's facilities where the Custodial Files are located and examine the Custodial Files, documents, records and other papers in the possession of or under the control of the Custodian relating to any or all of the Mortgage Loans at the Custodian's premises.

Upon reasonable (but in no event less than 48 hours) prior notice of at least 48 hours to the Custodian, the Owner Servicer, the Master Servicer and its the Indenture Trustee and their respective agents, accountants, attorneys, auditors and prospective purchasers will be permitted during the Custodian’s normal business hours to inspect the Custodian's facilities where the Custodial Files are located and examine the Custodial Files, documents, records and other papers in the possession of or under the control of the Custodian relating to any or all of the Mortgage Loans at the Custodian's premisesexpense of the requesting party.
