EXAMINATION AND COPIES OF FILE. Bargaining unit members shall have the right to examine their personnel file upon reasonable request and shall be entitled to a copy of any item contained therein. The member may have an Association representative present when he/she examines his/her personnel file. At the discretion of the Superintendent, the review of such file shall be in the presence of the Superintendent or his/her designee.
