Evidence of Status of Security Interest. The Pledgor shall from time to time, upon the reasonable request of the Secured Party, deliver to the Secured Party (a) such file search reports from such Uniform Commercial Code and other filing and recording offices and (b) such opinions of counsel relating to the Collateral, the attachment and perfection of the Security Interest and otherwise to this Agreement, as the Secured Party may request.
