Common use of Evidence of Property Insurance Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Property Insurance. The Agent on behalf of the Lessor Parties shall have received evidence that the insurance maintained by the Lessee with respect to the Property as of the Initial Funding Date satisfies the requirements set forth in Section 10 of the Master Lease, setting forth the respective coverage, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage.

Evidence of Property Insurance. The Agent on behalf of Agent, the Lessor Parties and the Certificate Holders shall have received evidence that the insurance maintained by the Lessee with respect to the Property as of the Initial Funding Date applicable Site satisfies the requirements set forth in Section 10 12 of the Master Lease, setting forth the respective coverage, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage.

Evidence of Property Insurance. The Agent on behalf of the Lessor Parties shall have received evidence that the insurance maintained by the Lessee with respect to the Property as of the Initial Funding Date satisfies the requirements set forth in Section 10 Article XIII of the Master Lease, setting forth the respective coverage, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage.

Evidence of Property Insurance. The Agent on behalf of the Lessor Parties shall have received evidence that the insurance maintained by the Lessee with respect to the Property as of the Initial such Funding Date satisfies the requirements set forth in Section 10 Article XIII of the Master Lease, setting forth the respective coverage, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage.
