Common use of Evidence of Property Insurance Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Property Insurance. The Agent on behalf of the Lessor Parties shall have received evidence that the insurance maintained by the Lessee with respect to the Property as of such Funding Date satisfies the requirements set forth in Article XIII of the Master Lease, setting forth the respective coverage, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage.

Evidence of Property Insurance. The Agent on behalf of Lessor and the Lessor Parties Administrative Agent shall have received evidence that the insurance maintained by the Lessee with respect to the Property as of such Funding Date satisfies the requirements set forth in Article XIII of the Master Lease, setting forth the respective coverage, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage.

Evidence of Property Insurance. The Agent on behalf of the Lessor Parties shall have received evidence that the insurance maintained by the Lessee with respect to the Property as of such the Initial Funding Date satisfies the requirements set forth in Article XIII Section 10 of the Master Lease, setting forth the respective coverage, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage.

The Agent on behalf of the Lessor Parties shall have received evidence that the insurance maintained by the Lessee with respect to the Property as of such the Initial Funding Date satisfies the requirements set forth in Article XIII of the Master Lease, setting forth the respective coverage, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage.
