Evidence of Property Insurance. The Lessor shall have received evidence of insurance with respect to the Property required to be maintained pursuant to this Lease, setting forth the respective coverages, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage, and otherwise satisfying the requirements set forth in Article XVII.
Evidence of Property Insurance. The Agent Lessor and the Administrative Agent shall have received evidence that the insurance maintained by the applicable Lessee with respect to such Property satisfies the requirements set forth in Article XIII of the Master Lease, setting forth the respective coverage, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage.

The Agent on behalf of the Lessor Parties shall have received evidence that the insurance maintained by the Lessee with respect to the Property as of such Funding Date satisfies the requirements set forth in Article XIII of the Master Lease, setting forth the respective coverage, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage.

Evidence of Property Insurance. Lessor and each Agent shall have received evidence of insurance with respect to the Properties required to be maintained pursuant to the Construction Agency Agreement, setting forth the respective coverages, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage.
Evidence of Property Insurance. The Agent, the Lessor and the Certificate Holders shall have received evidence that the insurance maintained by the Lessee with respect to the applicable Site satisfies the requirements set forth in Section 12 of the Master Lease, which evidence shall set forth the respective coverage, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage.

The Administrative Agent and the Lessor shall have received evidence that the insurance maintained by the applicable Lessee with respect to such Property satisfies requirements set forth in Article XIII of the Master Lease, setting forth the respective coverage, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage.
Evidence of Property Insurance. The Certificate Trustee, the Construction Lender and the Certificate Purchaser shall have received evidence of insurance with respect to the Property required to be maintained pursuant to the Lease, setting forth the respective coverages, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage.
