Common use of Evidence of Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Insurance Coverage. At the commencement of this Agreement, and upon each renewal, Contractor shall furnish to United evidence reasonably satisfactory to United of such insurance coverage and endorsements, including certificates certifying that such insurance and endorsements are in full force and effect. If Contractor fails to acquire or maintain insurance as herein provided, United may at its option secure such insurance on Contractor’s behalf at Contractor’s expense.
