Evidence of Compliance of Supplemental Indenture to be Furnished to Debenture Trustee. The Debenture Trustee, subject to the provisions of Sections 6.01 and 6.02, may receive an Officers' Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that any supplemental indenture executed pursuant hereto complies with the requirements of this Article IX.
