Event of Default by Custodian. The following shall constitute a “Custodian Event of Default” hereunder: The commencement of a case or other proceeding seeking liquidation, reorganization or other similar relief with respect to Custodian or its debts under any bankruptcy, insolvency or similar law or seeking the appointment of a receiver, trustee, liquidator, conservator, administrator, custodian or other similar official for Custodian or Custodian’s property and such decree or order shall have remained in force undischarged or unstayed for a period of thirty (30) days.
