Evaluation Team Sample Clauses

The Evaluation Team clause defines the group of individuals responsible for reviewing and assessing proposals, bids, or submissions in a procurement or selection process. Typically, this clause outlines how the team is formed, the qualifications or roles of its members, and the procedures they must follow during the evaluation. By establishing a clear structure for the evaluation process, this clause ensures objectivity, transparency, and fairness in decision-making, reducing the risk of bias or disputes.
