CONTRACT ELIGIBILITY. Any University of Connecticut student may apply for on-campus housing. Students considered to be Storrs campus students are eligible to live in Storrs on campus housing. Students attending the Hartford and Xxxxx Point regional campuses are eligible to live in Storrs on campus housing with majority of credits still being taken at the respective regional campus. Only students considered to be Stamford campus students are eligible to live in Stamford on-campus housing. Exceptions to eligibility include students enrolled exclusively in online courses, students removed from on-campus housing through the community standards process, and students dismissed from the University for scholastic reasons are not eligible for residence on the University campus for one semester. Students dismissed from the University for academic reasons who are readmitted after one semester may apply for and be eligible for on-campus housing. If returning as a non-degree student after one semester, students are not eligible to live on-campus and are only eligible to apply after having lived off-campus for two semesters. Students enrolled exclusively in online courses may be eligible for on-campus housing on a case by case basis, reviewed by the Executive Director of Residential Life or their designee. The University does not unlawfully discriminate in any of its education or employment programs and activities on the basis of an individual’s race, color, ethnicity, religious creed, age, sex, marital status, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability (including learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and past or present history of mental illness), veteran’s status, prior conviction of a crime, workplace hazards to the reproductive system, gender identity or expression, or membership in any other protected classes as set forth in state or federal law. Priority is given to full-time degree seeking students. Residents who change from full-time status to another status during the contract period are not relieved of their responsibilities under this contract.

CONTRACT ELIGIBILITY. Students desiring to live in University Housing must maintain and be actively enrolled in nine (9) or more credit hours per semester to be eligible to live in University Housing under this Contract. Exceptions to this requirement are only applicable to those Students who have written approval from the Director of Housing and Residence Life for circumstances that preclude a Student from being enrolled in nine (9) or more credit hours per semester. Students who are not making academic progress in their classes (i.e., failing to attend classes, being dropped from class for non-attendance, etc., and/or who fail to maintain the requisite number of hours pursuant to this Contract), are considered in breach of this Contract and face contract termination and contract cancellation Fees as set forth herein.
CONTRACT ELIGIBILITY a. A unit member's initial contract shall be a one (1) year limited, regardless of previous teaching experience.
CONTRACT ELIGIBILITY. Claims will only be honored for sales made in accordance with the Bid Award Notifications sent by Amgen to NMC Distribution Center. A facility may only participate on one (1) contract for each product at any given time. An individual contract will take precedence over any group purchasing organization contract of which the facility may be a part.

Prices are available from the CAMECA After Sales Service dept. PAYMENT TERMS: Service contracts shall be billed annually in advance. Standard payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice, at the order, payable in Euro by wire-transfer to the CAMECA account. If there is any payment pending to CAMECA from the customer under the terms of this contract, then CAMECA may (in addition to all other legal remedies) elect to suspend its services under this contract until payment is made. Quarterly billing in advance is available. For those who wish to use this form of payment be advised that there will be a 7 % surcharge added to the contract price.

TAXES: Customer shall pay all taxes (custom clearance, municipal, state or federal, VAT) which may now or hereafter be paid or payable based upon the charges made or services provided hereunder. ENROLLMENT: Service charges shall be quoted to the Customer by CAMECA’s Service Administrator. If all of the conditions of acceptance are agreed by the Customer and CAMECA, the contract shall be approved and signed by the Customer and by the CAMECA’s Service Administrator. Any exceptions to these conditions shall be approved in writing by such Service Manager.
