Evaluation of Performance. The Supplier will be subject to a performance evaluation during the course of, and/or at the conclusion of the assignment. In the event that the Supplier fails to perform its obligations under the Purchase Agreement, the Purchaser may, in addition to any and all legal and equitable remedies available to it suspend the Supplier from participating in future procurement opportunities.
