Evaluation Observation. Instructional teachers, as defined by Ohio Revised Code section 3319.111 shall be evaluated in accordance with the Board adopted evaluation policy, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A. The Board agrees that it will not adopt any amendments to the Board adopted evaluation policy that is in place as of the effective date of this Collective Bargaining Agreement unless the Evaluation Committee established under the Board adopted evaluation policy has first met to consider the proposed amendments to the policy.
