Evaluation Model Sample Clauses

The Evaluation Model clause defines the method or criteria by which proposals, bids, or performance will be assessed in a contractual context. Typically, this clause outlines the specific factors, such as price, technical capability, or past performance, that evaluators will use to score or rank submissions. By clearly establishing the evaluation process, the clause ensures transparency and fairness, helping all parties understand how decisions will be made and reducing the risk of disputes over selection outcomes.
