Common use of Evaluation License Clause in Contracts

Evaluation License. The terms of this Section 10 shall solely apply to Licensed Software licensed for purposes of Evaluation (the “Evaluation Software”). The terms of Sections 2, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 8 shall not apply to the parties’ rights and obligations with respect to Evaluation Software.
