Evaluation Elements. The Office shall evaluate unit member’s competency as it reasonably relates to: 1. Assessing learning by measuring progress of pupils. 2. Instructional techniques and strategies which reflect clear objectives accomplished using planned instruction and designed learning experiences. 3. Engaging and supporting all students in learning. 4. Adherence to curricular objectives which demonstrates understanding and organization of subject matter and more specifically includes the following: a. Special Education unit members 1) implementation of annual division curriculum goals. 2) implementation of long-term goals and objectives as specified in IEP. 3) implementation of the unit member’s instructional objectives and activities.
