Evaluation Elements. Within the systematic evaluation of an employee’s work performance, 12 ‘observations’ are considered ‘formative’ and conducted in order to initiate a discussion of 13 development or improvement. ‘Summative Evaluation’ occurs at the end of the evaluation process 14 and is a ‘summative’ report on the teacher’s progress toward targets identified and/or clarified 16 The primary evaluator, who will be responsible for the summative evaluation, will be the 17 supervising principal or assistant principal who has been trained to evaluate the unit member. In 18 the case of a unit member assigned to more than one school, there will be one evaluation done 19 by one principal. The evaluator will be determined by mutual agreement between the involved 20 principals; a principal who does not evaluate will have input into the process. Department 21 chairpersons or other unit members will not participate in or have input in the evaluation of any 22 fellow member of the bargaining unit.

Evaluation Elements. The Offeror shall provide a comparative analysis between the principal entitiesroles and responsibilities identified in Table ES-1 (Offeror Summary) and the Corporate Experience requested in subparagraphs 2.2.1 through 2.2.4. In a paragraph to a page per contract reference, for each element in 2.2.1 through 2.2.4 below, describe the extent to which previous Corporate Experience performing requirements similar to this solicitation can be leveraged in future performance of work. Similarity is the extent to which the Offeror’s contract references (or documented work efforts) correspond to the specific tasks required by this solicitation. At a minimum, address the specific items within each element, however, when drafting each element description, consider the contract reference’s period of performance, the amount of time in performance, recency of the performance, frequency of the applicable activities, the technical nature of the work in comparison to the proposed effort, and the entity’s proposed role and responsibility.
