Common use of Evaluation Copies Clause in Contracts

Evaluation Copies. Licensee may distribute evaluation copies ("Evaluation Copies") to End Users without incurring a royalty provided that such Evaluation Copies are designed such that all of the software on the Evaluation Copies "times out" and becomes unusable no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of such Evaluation Copies by the End User.
