Evaluation and Cooperation. 16.1 The Department may, in addition to general evaluation requirements under Schedule 3 – Reporting Requirements, engage third party suppliers to provide services to the Department in relation to the Project, the Grant and/or this Agreement, including to evaluate the performance of your obligations under this Agreement.
