EVACUATION FACILITIES. 4.4.1 Not later than 30 days prior to the scheduled commercial operation date of the Generation Facility, the generator under supervision of MSEDCL/MSETCL shall ensure that the construction and operation of the transmission line is completed to commence the supply of power to the Generation Facilities. MSEDCL/MSETCL when requested by the Generator shall supply power to the Generator during the following periods:
