Common use of Eurocurrency Rate Loans Clause in Contracts

Eurocurrency Rate Loans. Except as otherwise provided herein, a Eurocurrency Rate Loan may be continued or converted only on the last day of an Interest Period for such Eurocurrency Rate Loan. During the existence of an Event of Default, at the written request of the Required Lenders, no Loans may be requested as, converted to or continued as Eurocurrency Rate Loans.

Eurocurrency Rate Loans. Except as otherwise provided herein, a Eurocurrency Rate Loan may be continued or converted only on the last day of an Interest Period for such Eurocurrency Rate Loan. During Where a Certain Funds Default exists during the Certain Funds Period and at any other time during the existence of an Event of a Default, at the written request of the Required Lenders, no Loans may be requested as, converted to or continued as Eurocurrency Rate Loans without the consent of the Required Lenders, and the Required Lenders may demand that any or all of the outstanding Eurocurrency Rate Loans be converted immediately to Base Rate Loans.
