Common use of Euro Clause in Contracts

Euro. 12.1.1 Any requirement of Law to account for the Services in Euro, (or to prepare for such accounting) instead of and/or in addition to Sterling, shall be implemented by the Supplier free of charge to the Customer. 12.1.2 The Customer shall provide all reasonable assistance to facilitate compliance with Clause 12.1.1 by the Supplier.

Euro. 12.1.1 13.4.1 Any requirement of Law to account for the Services in Euro, (or to prepare for such accounting) instead of and/or in addition to Sterling, shall be implemented by the Supplier free of charge to the Customer. 12.1.2 13.4.2 The Customer shall provide all reasonable assistance to facilitate compliance with Clause 12.1.1 clause 13.4.1 by the Supplier.

Euro. 12.1.1 Any requirement of Law to account for the Services in Euro, euro (or to prepare for such accounting) instead of and/or in addition to Sterlingsterling, shall be implemented by the Supplier free of Service Provider at nil charge to the Customer. 12.1.2 . The Customer shall provide all reasonable assistance to facilitate compliance with Clause 12.1.1 14.1.16 by the SupplierService Provider.

Euro. 12.1.1 10.4.1 Any requirement of Law to account for the Services in Euro, Euro (or to prepare for such accounting) instead of and/or in addition to Sterlingsterling, shall be implemented by the Supplier Provider free of charge to the CustomerAuthority. 12.1.2 10.4.2 The Customer Authority shall provide all reasonable assistance to facilitate compliance with Clause 12.1.1 10.4.1 by the SupplierProvider.

Euro. 12.1.1 C5.1 Any requirement of Law to account for the Services in Euro, (or to prepare for such accounting) instead of and/or in addition to Sterlingsterling, shall be implemented by the Supplier Contractor free of charge to the CustomerClient. 12.1.2 C5.2 The Customer Client shall provide all reasonable assistance to facilitate compliance with Clause 12.1.1 clause C5.1 by the SupplierContractor.

Euro. 12.1.1 11.4.1. Any requirement of Law to account for the Ordered Goods and Ordered Services in Euroeuro, (or to prepare for such accounting) instead of and/or in addition to Sterlingsterling, shall be implemented by the Supplier free of Contractor at nil charge to the Customer. 12.1.2 11.4.2. The Customer shall provide all reasonable assistance to facilitate compliance with Clause 12.1.1 11.4.1 by the SupplierContractor.

Euro. 12.1.1 28.1 Any requirement of Law to account for the Goods and/or Services in Euro, Euro (or to prepare for such accounting) instead of and/or in addition to Sterling, shall be implemented by the Supplier free of charge to the Customer. 12.1.2 28.2 The Customer shall provide all reasonable assistance to facilitate compliance with Clause 12.1.1 28.1 by the Supplier.

The Customer shall provide all reasonable assistance to facilitate compliance with Clause 12.1.1 14.1.16 by the SupplierService Provider.
