Common use of EURIBOR Clause in Contracts

EURIBOR. The interest rate must not be lower than the funding costs of the Nordic Lender having the highest funding cost (the "Relevant Nordic Lender"). If at or about noon (Brussels time) on the relevant quotation date specified in the definition of EURIBOR, the Relevant Nordic Lender's funding cost exceeds the interest rate determined pursuant to Clause 6.1, the Lender's Agent or any other Nordic Lender shall promptly notify the Borrower's Agent and the interest rate shall during such Interest Period be substituted with the cost to the Relevant Nordic Lender of funding the Loan from whatever source it may reasonably select, as certified by it.
