(c) if it is necessary in the course of providing the Cloud Services or Technical Support, iGrafx may transfer personal data to the United States of America. If You have personal data originating in the European Union, iGrafx Data Processing Addendum, which is incorporate into this Agreement by reference, will govern the access, transfer and use of personal data.
