Common use of EU Data Clause in Contracts

EU Data. If the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) governs Sage’s processing or controlling of personal data, then the Data Processing Addendum posted at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/en-ca/legal/xxxx/ (or such other URL as we notify you of) applies. We may update that addendum from time to time. If there is any conflict between that addendum and this agreement, that addendum will control.
