Ethics Hotline. Buyer acknowledges that it is aware of the availability of VTA’s Ethics Hotline, which is available 24/7/365 for VTA employees and those doing business with VTA to report anonymously, securely, and without fear of retribution, suspected unethical behavior, such as fraud, waste, abuse, theft, misconduct, or any violation of company policy, law, or regulation. Reports to the VTA Ethics Hotline are evaluated, investigated, or referred by an independent third party.
