Ethical Responsibilities. Defender General Unit members acknowledge that they have an ethical responsibility to represent the interests of the clients of the ODG. It is expressly acknowledged that all Defender General Unit employees agree to maintain client confidentiality and work to advance the interests of the client within the bounds provided by law.
