Estimated Construction Cost Reports. As a part of Pre-Construction Services, the CM shall prepare and update an Estimated Construction Cost report for each Project as required by Article 5.4 at the completion of Schematic Design, Design Development and at the fifty percent (50%), and the one hundred percent (100%) completion stage of the Construction Documents phase of the Design.
