ESTABLISHMENT OF CONDOMINIUM. If it has not already done so, Seller shall, prior to conveyance of the Units, record the Declaration, Plats and Plans and all other documents required to establish a valid condominium under the Act and to include the Unit within that condominium.
ESTABLISHMENT OF CONDOMINIUM. The Sponsor previously submitted, declared, and established ▇▇▇▇ Wild Lake - A Condominium in accordance with N.J.S. 46:8B et seq. for that parcel of land described on Exhibit “A” and as more particularly shown on Exhibit “B” attached to the original Master Deed.
ESTABLISHMENT OF CONDOMINIUM. The Sponsor does hereby submit, declare and establish “The Windmill Club, Section III, A Condominium” in accordance with R.S. 46:8B-1 to 30 for that parcel of land known and designated as Lots 26G, 26H, 26M and 26N, Block 237, as shown on Exhibit “C” aforesaid and as more particularly shown on Exhibit “D” aforesaid.
