Establish and Maintain Project Records. As further described below, records include, but are not limited to, Grantee financial and project records, including Trade-Up Pilot Project participant data. All project records must be retained during the Grant period, and for three years after final payment under the Grant. Upon completion of the third year of record retention, the Grantee must submit all project records to CARB.
