ESSENTIAL TERMS. (Terms set forth in Part I, Section 4 to be filed with the FMC and published if required by 46 C.F.R. § 530.12) Subject to the terms and conditions provided for herein, for the Duration of this Contract as set forth in subsection 4.4, Carrier shall perform transportation of the Commodities set forth in subsection 4.2 between or among the Port Ranges or Geographical Areas set forth in subsection 4.1 with respect to the Minimum Volume of Goods committed by Shipper in subsection 4.3.
