Common use of ESI Clause in Contracts

ESI. All employees of the contractor must have their own ESIC Registration Code Number and individual ESIC A/C. No. of the labourers. In case of newly joined employees, contractor has to fill-up a RDF Form and ESIC Declaration Form and submit it to ESIC's local office and obtain their acknowledgement on the copy of RDF Form before deploying the labourers. The above mentioned blank forms are also available with our Labour Consultant's office, situated in South Yard near Scindia Bldg.
