Escrow Accounts, Etc. (a) In addition to the Servicer Account, the Servicer shall establish and maintain a custodial account or accounts for the maintenance of Escrow Payments, which shall be an Eligible Account (the “Escrow Account”). The Escrow Account shall be titled in the Servicer’s name on behalf of the Buyer. The Servicer shall deposit into the Escrow Account any Escrow Payments that it receives within two (2) Business Days of receipt of properly identified funds.
