Common use of Escort Services Clause in Contracts

Escort Services. AXA Assistance USA will arrange travel and facilitate the payment of expenses for a family member or companion who is traveling with the Eligible Person, to join the Eligible Person during the Eligible Person’s emergency medical repatriation to a different hospital, treatment facility or the Eligible Person’s place of permanent residence. The Maximum Benefit Amount is 100% of the expenses incurred for (i)-(iii) above, up to $500,000 per Eligible Person per trip. AXA Assistance USA must make all arrangements and must authorize all expenses in advance for any expenses to be payable. AXA Assistance reserves the right to determine the payable expenses, including reductions, if it is not reasonably possible to contact AXA Assistance in advance.
