Common use of Escort Services Clause in Contracts

Escort Services. The Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor for security escorted access to the Building, Building Risers, or the Equipment Room, within sixty (60) days of receipt of an invoice from the Licensor. Such fees shall be in accordance with Schedule F and shall not be charged if recovered by the Licensor from the tenants or occupants of the Building.

Escort Services. The Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor Owner fees for security escorted access to the Building, Building Risers, rooftop or the Equipment Room, within sixty (60) days of receipt of an invoice from the LicensorOwner. Such fees shall be charged at a rate in accordance with attached Schedule F G and shall not be charged if recovered by the Licensor Owner from the tenants or occupants of the Buildingbuilding.
