Escape. If a City Inmate escapes Yakima County custody, Yakima County shall notify the City as soon as reasonably possible. Yakima County shall use all reasonable efforts to pursue and regain custody of any escaped City Inmates and shall assume all costs connected with the recapture of the City Inmate.
