Escape. In the event of escape from the Prison, e.g., during transport or during a stay in a medical centre in the Receiving State, the Governor shall immediately inform the police of the Receiving State, the Designated authority of the Receiving State and the relevant authorities of the Sending State, providing the identity of the person concerned and other relevant information.
