Common use of Errors in Technical Documentation Clause in Contracts

Errors in Technical Documentation. The Contractor shall be liable for any cost incurred (i) in correcting any discrepancies, errors or omissions in the Technical Documentation prepared by it or on its behalf, whether or not any such Technical Documentation has been commented upon by the Client, and (ii) in correcting any work carried out by the Contractor or the Client or its respective Subcontractors, in reliance upon such Technical Documentation or due to a delay in submission of such Technical Documentation by the Contractor. The Contractor shall be, in addition, liable for any damage incurred by the Client due to an error in the Technical Documentation.
