In case of a Service Error, PTV will inform the Customer with an email message: • as soon as the Error is identified; • and, as soon as it is rectified; • and as necessary at regular intervals between identification and resolution to provide an interim status. Since Service Errors are identified by PTV, it is not necessary for the Customer to notify them.
