Common use of Erroneous Distributions Clause in Contracts

Erroneous Distributions. I agree to promptly return to Robinhood any assets erroneously distributed to Me. In the event that I sell a security prior to its ex-dividend/distribution date, and I receive the related cash/stock dividend or distribution in error, I direct Robinhood on My behalf to pay such dividend/distribution to the entitled purchaser of the securities I sold, and I guarantee to promptly reimburse Robinhood for, or deliver to Robinhood, said dividend or distribution.
