Common use of Erosion Control Plans Clause in Contracts

(Source Type 1257) 5.1 Prepare the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and provide the NPDES information and exhibits for the State’s submittal to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), the County, and the Department of Natural Resources (DNR).
