Counterparts; PDF Signatures. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original instrument, but all such counterparts together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Signature and acknowledgment pages, if any, may be detached from the counterparts and attached to a single copy of this document to physically form one document. Signatures given by portable document format shall be binding and effective to the same extent as original signatures.
Counterparts; PDF Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one instrument. This Agreement may be executed by .pdf signature(s).

In order to expedite the transaction contemplated herein, .pdf signatures sent via e-mail may be used in place of original signatures on this Assignment. Assignor and Assignee intend to be bound by the signatures on the e-mailed document, are aware that the other party will rely on the e-mailed signatures, and hereby waive any defenses to the enforcement of the terms of this Assignment based on the form of signature.
