EQUIVALENT SERVICES Sample Clauses

The Equivalent Services clause ensures that any substitute or replacement services provided under the agreement must be of equal quality, functionality, and value as the original services specified. In practice, this means that if a service provider cannot deliver the exact service promised, they are obligated to offer an alternative that meets the same standards and fulfills the same requirements. This clause protects the recipient from receiving inferior or inadequate services, thereby maintaining the integrity of the agreement and ensuring that contractual expectations are met even if substitutions are necessary.
