Common use of Equivalent Quantities Clause in Contracts

Equivalent Quantities. Gatherer shall, as nearly as practicable each Day, deliver for Producers’ account Equivalent Quantities of Gas at the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Delivery Points. All receipts and deliveries of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas less System Fuel and Losses shall be balanced on a MMBtu basis, and all quantities referred to herein shall be adjusted for the Gross Heating Value thereof.
