Common use of Equivalent Experience Clause in Contracts

Equivalent Experience. With respect to bargaining unit employees employed with the Employer on January 1, 2010 and for the purpose of establishing criteria/qualifications for posting of an ECE position, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Early Childhood Education shall be treated as being equivalent to one year of work experience as an ECE.

Equivalent Experience. With respect to bargaining unit employees employed with the Employer Daycare on January 1, 2010 and for the purpose of establishing criteria/qualifications for posting of an ECE ECE1 position, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Early Childhood Education shall be treated as being equivalent to one year of work experience as an ECEexperience.
