Equivalent Experience Clause Samples
Equivalent Experience. With respect to bargaining unit employees employed with the Employer on January 1, 2010 and for the purpose of establishing criteria/qualifications for posting of an ECE position, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Early Childhood Education shall be treated as being equivalent to one year of work experience as an ECE.
Equivalent Experience. Where the Employer determines that it is prepared to have a particular position filled by persons possessing either specified educational requirements or equivalencies, the posting shall specify that equivalent experience is acceptable.
