Common use of Equivalency Method Clause in Contracts

Equivalency Method. For purposes of determining an Employee’s Hours of Service for vesting, the Plan will use the Equivalency Method (as defined in Section 7.03(a)(2) of the Plan). The Equivalency Method will apply to: 🞎 (1) All Employees. 🞎 (2) Only to Employees for whom the Employer does not maintain hourly records. For Employees for whom the Employer maintains hourly records, vesting will be determined based on actual hours worked.
