Common use of Equity Pledges Clause in Contracts

Equity Pledges. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, neither Parent Company nor any of its Subsidiaries, will create or incur or suffer to be created or incurred any Lien on any of its direct or indirect legal, equitable or beneficial interest in the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor, including, without limitation, any Distributions or rights to Distributions on account thereof.
