Common use of Equity Plan Clause in Contracts

Equity Plan. It is the current intention of the Board of Directors of the Company to adopt an equity plan for the Company's management as part of the Company's plan of restructuring. It is the Board's current intention, should such a plan be adopted, that options relating to the Company's common stock would be granted to the management of the Company upon completion of such restructuring, and that options would be awarded to the Executive, should he still be employed hereunder at such time.
