Common use of Equity Investments Clause in Contracts

Equity Investments. Borrower does not now own any stock or other voting or equity interest, directly or indirectly, in any Person valued at the greater of book value or market value at $5,000,000 or more, other than: (a) the Bank Equity Interests, and (b) as set forth on Exhibit 9.11.
